Retired General says FBI association w/Southern Poverty Law Center is Unacceptable
by: President James Buchanan Geiger
On February 10th of this year, LTG (US Army-Retired) William G. Boykin, Executive Vice President of the Family Research Council issue a letter to Eric Holder, US Attorney General and James B. Comey, Director of the FBI. In his letter he asks these Corporate Officers to end their association with the Southern Poverty law Center (SPLC). He brings to light the extremist view and unlawful targeting of Christian, conservative and constitutional groups. Leaders from 14 like-minded organizations have signed the letter in support.
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is a politically driven organization committed to the demonization of all who oppose their radical views. This group is listed on the FBI website as a community outreach partner in identifying so called “hate groups”. However the SPLC website is comprised mainly of hate filled intolerant speech and self-serving propaganda.
General Boykin has dedicated his life to preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution and Bill of Rights for ALL People of this nation, not just those with similar interests. One need not be a Christian to understand that free speech is being infringed. I urge all Americans to support General Boykin in his efforts to call on these agencies to follow constitutional oversight and protect the rights of the people.
