There is a quiet war being waged against the concept of private property, and nowhere does it surface as clearly as in the rural American West. Regulations and controls have been implemented for the past 40+ years that tear the very heart out of the concept of private property, and the frenzy for control of our private and public lands through administrative, environmental, and social forces, highlight the rapid and very intentional shift to collectivism in America by the radical left.
…how to pass into law very bad legislation under an assumed name
As a continuation of last month’s appearance by Elaine Willman and Lawrence Kogan to discuss this massive bill, we shall look at the nearly 400 amendments that were included in the massive 792 page bill. We will discuss the lack of citizen input and oversight during the drafting of this legislation, and how legislative attempts to stop senseless lawsuits by a handful of environmental extremists filing lawsuits under the Equal Access to Justice Act are creating a much bigger problem because of the expansion of Indian tribal lands and jurisdictions. State control of water and land jurisdictions are being abrogated to Tribal and Federal management without the approval of citizens, resulting in the loss of constitutionally guaranteed rights.
Join us for this very important look at the Murkowski shell game known as S 2012.
Elaine Willman and Larry Kogan are Dan’s guests this week to talk about: the U.N. Indigenous People’s Treaty, the destruction of hydro electric power generation, removal of dams and irrigation in agricultural use, western water policy, and the stealth Islamic takeover of Indian Reservation lands. Subjects most Americans don’t even realize exist will be brought to light in our discussion.
